LPack air cushion packaging system
All the LPack machines are user-friendly, easy to operate and virtually maintenance free. Film rolls, available in different cushion sizes and film thicknesses, are quickly and easily changed.
Between 20 and 150 cushions per minute are produced continuously, depending on which LPack machine you choose and the cushion size. Perforations make it easy to separate the cushions into whatever length you require.
The LPack system can be integrated easily into almost all packing processes. The machines can be centrally installed to provide the cushions for several packing stations. The chain of cushions can run into a portable, lightweight container available for multiple station use.
For a station requiring a higher volume of cushions, the compact design of the machine allows it to be placed directly into the individual packing station.
